Raw Vegan Pie Crust (No Bake Pie Crust)
An easy to follow no bake pie crust.
When I was growing up, my mom and grandma always made homemade pies for Thanksgiving dinner. The best part of the meal was always dessert: the rich, gooey pies covered in whipped cream! But when I went vegan, pie crust wasn’t an option any longer.
Luckily, there are lots of amazing vegan pie crusts out there that taste just as good as the real deal (and they’re healthier too). Today we’ll be making a raw version that is full of healthy fats and protein from nuts like pecans and almonds. It goes perfectly with your favorite fruit filling or chocolate ganache on top!
