Why You Should Drink Mineral Water
This water is full of all the minerals your body naturally needs.
Are you looking for an easy way to improve your diet, boost your health and promote better living? You need mineral water! Mineral water is a natural beverage that contains minerals and electrolytes. When you drink it, these nutrients are immediately absorbed into your bloodstream.

Unfortunately, my two favorite kinds of mineral water are actually full of artificial chemicals called PFAS (Per- and Polyfluorinated Substances). They were the Mexican versions in the photo below: Topo Chico and Mineraqua. Often referred to as “spicy water”.
You see, not all sparkling waters are created equally. Some mineral waters are contaminated with PFAS (artificial chemicals) that have been clinically linked to health problems like cancer and thyroid hormone disruption. In fact, most sparkling waters contain these chemicals. Even bougie Frech based brand Perrier water.
