Low porosity hair is a type of hair that doesn’t absorb moisture and nutrients as easily as high porosity hair. This can lead to dryness, frizziness, and breakage. Here’s how to find out how porous you hair is:

What is low porosity?

You’re probably here because you’ve noticed that your hair is dry and lacks volume or it gets dried out easily even after conditioning it. If this sounds like you, then you may have low porosity hair.

Low porosity hair isn’t as common as high or normal porosity but it does exist. Low porosity hair is a type of hair that has an inability to absorb moisture efficiently and easily. This can cause breakage, dryness, dullness and limpness in the strands when they aren’t properly hydrated.
