It’s common to experience some back pain from time to time, but if you’re suffering from frequent or severe pain, it can be hard to know the cause. If you have inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), coeliac disease or just a sensitive gut (eating anything makes you bloated) and are experiencing back pain, it might be due to inflammation in your gut.

I actually corrected severe lower back pain by cutting out meat from my diet as of April 2021. I am a vivid dreamer and believer of angels. In fact, I have an angel who visits me often in my dreams to provide helpful guidance named Michelle. She was beautiful fluffy brown hair maybe a shade darker than my own.

On and off for about 5 years I was dealing with severe lumbar pain and it got excruciatingly worse Spring of 2021. It was more constant than ever before, being at it’s worst everyday midday. Well, one night Michelle visited me in a dream and served me a very cheese lasagna with yummy spinach.
